Can I pay by instalments?
Our checkout takes card payments through Stripe and PayPal. If PayPal offers you its own pay-in-instalments option at checkout, that is between you and PayPal. We have no say in who is eligible.
How does ordering work?
Choose your size on the product page and add it to your cart. Your total is shown in the cart and never goes up unless you add more items. Then pay by card or PayPal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Stripe, and PayPal (with or without a PayPal account).
Is my card information safe?
Yes. We never see your full card number and do not store card details. They stay with Stripe or PayPal, so we cannot charge you again or set up repeat billing.
What sizes do you sell?
Two: a 77cm head on a 142cm handle (£104.97) and a 92cm head on a 173cm handle (£117.97).
What is the lawn lute made of?
Stainless steel. The head and the handle are both stainless, so it does not rust.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to the UK and Ireland.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally sent within 24 hours by DHL and usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days. Rural areas and holidays can add a little time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. DHL tracking details are emailed to you once your order is sent. Check your junk folder if you do not see it.
Do you ship outside the UK and Ireland?
Yes, free, to most countries. Europe usually takes 2 to 3 working days, and the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand 5 to 7. If we cannot ship to your country we will contact you and refund you in full.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. See our refunds and returns page.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us straight away and send photos. You can reject a faulty item within 30 days for a full refund, and after that we will repair or replace it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1 year limited warranty, on top of your legal rights.
Do I need tools to assemble it?
No. The two-piece handle locks into the head with a pin.
