Free DHL delivery

Every lawn lute ships free by DHL. There is no delivery charge at checkout.

Where we deliver

We ship to the UK, Ireland and to most other countries. If we cannot deliver to your country, we will contact you after you order and refund you in full straight away.

How long it takes

We ship the same day or the next working day, six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Typical delivery times once your order is sent:

• UK, Ireland and Europe: 2 to 3 working days
• United States and Canada: 5 to 7 working days
• Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 7 working days

Rural or remote addresses and local holidays can add a little time. If you need delivery by a certain date, tell us when you order and we will tell you whether we can do it.

Tracking

You will get an email with a DHL tracking number once your order is sent. If you do not see it, check your junk folder, then contact us. You can also follow your parcel on our track your parcel page.

Delivery instructions

If you need us to pass on delivery instructions, add them in the order notes when you check out.

Customs and import charges

Orders to the UK do not carry import charges. For orders outside the UK, we always declare the correct value. It is rare for a lawn lute to attract duty or tax, but we cannot rule it out, as that depends on the rules in your country. Any such charges are payable by the person receiving the parcel.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address carefully. If DHL cannot deliver because the address was wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, contact us and we will send it again or refund you.
