Ordering process
We have kept our checkout simple. Our prices are clearly shown on the product pages, and once you add items to your cart you can see your total.
That total will never go up unless you add more items. Delivery to the UK and Ireland is free.
Secure payment options
We offer two ways to pay, both over an encrypted, secure checkout.
- Credit or debit card. Pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express through Stripe. Your card provider protects you in the rare event that something goes wrong with your order.
- PayPal. You can use PayPal with or without a PayPal account. Many shoppers like it because it adds PayPal's own buyer protection on top of their bank's.
Your card details
Level Lawn UK never sees your full card number and we do not store your card details. They are held on the secure servers of our payment providers.
This means we cannot charge you twice or set up any kind of repeat billing. Once you have paid, the only payment we can make on your card is a refund.
Whichever way you pay, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, so you know your rights before you buy.
Refunds
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and faulty goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your lawn lute arrives damaged or faulty, tell us straight away and send photos. Our refunds and returns policy has the details.
